I’m Rachel Davilla,
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience I’ve enjoyed working in hospitals, urgent care settings, outpatient clinics, and as a travel nurse. I received my Master’s of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. In the past nine years, I’ve accrued experience in medical-surgical nursing, occupational health, endocrinology, urgent care, home health, and oncology. I received my Botox and Dermal Filler certification from Aesthetic Medical Training. As the owner of The Concrete Rose Medical Spa, I look forward to providing customized aesthetic and wellness services to our patients to help you feel like the best version of yourself! I'm Shannon Wagner. I have nine years of experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency and trauma nursing. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. Our clients know me best for being able to get complicated IV sticks on the first try! Although the ER is exciting, wellness and aesthetics hold a special place in my heart!
Brittanie McDaniels BSN, RN
I’m Brittanie McDaniels, a registered nurse with 6 years of cardiac, med surg and postpartum experience. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison Illinois, and went on to obtain her Medical Aesthetic Certification from Cosmetic Medical Training where she received her Botox & Filler Injection Certification. My passion is Aesthetic Nursing and helping you to achieve your beauty and wellness goals!

I have experience in a variety of settings such as, internal medicine, pediatrics, medical spas and the role of Associate Chief Medical Officer for a community health center. I graduated from the School of Medicine at University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill in 2011.
