Our team at the Concrete Rose Medical Spa provides concierge medspa services and IV Hydration. We have two locations: Charlotte, NC and Gastonia, NC. In addition, we can also provide concierge service where we come to you at the location of your choice.
Our Team
We give you access to Registered nurses and Family Nurse Practitioner that will answer any questions that you may have and approve all services with our medical director who is a board-certified physician.

This was my first experience at a medical spa that specializes in IV Hydration/Vitamin treatments, and I must say that I am very satisfied with my experience.
The spa is small, but quaint and intimate. Rachel and Shannon are super professional, and knowledgeable about their products, and will answer any questions you have about the treatments you're receiving. They make you feel extremely comfortable, and ease any anxieties you may have.
The treatments take anywhere from 30 minutes-1 hour depending on the specified treatment you get, and you feel great afterwards!
If you are looking for ways to take care of yourself, this is a great option for you! Highly recommend!
